What Happens Before We'll Refer a Patient
Licensing, Certification & Legal Standing
Before anything else, we check a provider's official licensing, certifications, and legal standing โ including whether there's any history of complaints or lawsuits against them.
Internal Ethics Review
Providers that pass the first check are reviewed internally against our own ethical standards before we go any further.
Independent Quality & Reputation Research
We go beyond what a provider publishes about itself. This includes independent research within the hospital's or clinic's professional network โ speaking with people connected to the facility about its real-world reputation, staff, and how treatments are actually carried out โ not just the official version.
Direct Patient Interviews
We identify and speak directly with actual patients who've been treated there โ found through our own research online and in person at the facility โ and interview them about their experience, results, and aftercare, following up over time to see how things actually went.
Partnership Decision
A partnership only goes ahead if every step above comes back positive and passes internal review. If any part of this raises a concern, we don't proceed.
Ongoing Oversight, Not a One-Time Check
Vetting doesn't stop once a partnership starts. Our medical experts stay involved and continue reviewing the treatment process for our patients on an ongoing basis, so there's more than one independent party overseeing quality โ not just the provider checking its own work.

We back this up with what we've actually verified โ not just a description of a process.
For our partner clinic, VSC Dental Clinic, we didn't just take their word for their licensing โ we read the actual Ministry of Health authorization certificate and the Istanbul Provincial Health Directorate's clinic license documents ourselves, and we publish them.

This process reflects how MJB Care evaluates a provider before and during a partnership. It doesn't mean we can guarantee a specific outcome for any individual treatment, or that every possible risk is eliminated โ medicine carries inherent risk no amount of research removes. It means a provider doesn't reach our patients without this being done first, and doesn't stay a partner if ongoing oversight raises a concern.
