Instead of Starting With a Clinic's Own Pitch...
If you contact a dental or hair transplant clinic directly, they'll tell you about their own treatments, their own doctors, and their own prices. That's a reasonable way to start โ but it's only one clinic's view of your options.
MJB Care offers a different starting point. Instead of beginning with a single provider trying to sell you its own treatment, you start with an organization whose role is to help you research and navigate the options that exist โ then coordinate your journey once you've chosen.
This doesn't mean clinics are untrustworthy, or that contacting one directly is a mistake. It means there's more than one way to approach the decision, and MJB Care is built around the research-and-coordinate approach rather than the sell-one-clinic approach.
Contacting a Clinic Directly vs. Working With MJB Care
Neither approach is wrong. This is what changes depending on which one you choose.

Booking through MJB Care isn't automatically more expensive than going directly to a provider. With some partner clinics, MJB Care can lower its own margin โ including as financial aid through our Care Fund โ to help more patients afford treatment, something a provider often can't do as the source of the treatment itself. Depending on your case, going through MJB Care can work out the same price, or less.
MJB Care works with a limited number of partner providers, such as VSC Dental Clinic. We're upfront about which providers we work with and how we're compensated โ see our Transparency page for the specifics.
When We Say No
We don't believe more treatment automatically means better treatment. Part of MJB Care's job is knowing when to recommend against something โ not just how to arrange it.
Treatment that looks unnecessary
If a proposed plan includes more veneers, crowns, or extractions than the clinical picture seems to call for, we'll say so and ask the provider to explain the reasoning โ or suggest a second opinion.
Implants without adequate bone
Where bone volume looks insufficient for a straightforward implant, the honest answer is a bone graft, a different approach, or a referral elsewhere โ not proceeding anyway.
Unrealistic hair transplant expectations
Donor area, hair characteristics, and the extent of hair loss set a realistic ceiling on any transplant. We won't help sell a result that doesn't match what a patient's own hair can support.
Guaranteed-outcome promises
No medical procedure has a guaranteed result. If a claim sounds like a guarantee, we push back on the wording before it reaches you.
Medically contraindicated procedures
If a patient's health history or a clinic's own assessment points to a medical reason not to proceed, that takes priority over any commercial outcome.
Patients who should be treated locally first
Some situations โ an active infection, an unmanaged medical condition โ are better resolved with a local dentist or doctor before travel is even worth discussing.
