20 years on crowns & All-on-X. Lifetime on implant fixtures.
All crowns and All-on-X prosthetics arranged through MJB Care's partner clinics carry a 20-year warranty: 2 years of full corrective coverage, followed by 18 years of continued maintenance and touch-ups, with discounted corrective repairs available if ever needed beyond the initial coverage period. Implant fixtures carry a lifetime warranty.
If an issue arises within the warranty period, MJB Care coordinates directly with the treating clinic on your behalf to arrange assessment and any necessary corrective work. Warranty documentation is issued to you at the end of treatment and should be retained for reference.
✓ Covered
- Implant fixture failure — covered for life, no time limit
- Genuine manufacturing or material defects in a crown, veneer, or All-on-X prosthetic
- The abutment connecting an implant to its crown, on the same basis as above, where the issue traces to a manufacturing or placement defect
- A clinical placement error by the treating clinic (for example, a crown fitted incorrectly)
- Standard wear-related maintenance and touch-ups under normal use, for the life of the warranty
◐ Assessed Case-by-Case
- Infection, bone loss, or peri-implantitis around an implant
- Whether a missed recommended maintenance visit affects a specific claim
- Whether pre-existing or later-developing gum (periodontal) disease affects a specific claim
- Any complication with a contributing medical cause
These depend on the specific clinical picture. The treating clinic assesses them individually rather than applying a blanket yes/no — we won't pretend otherwise.
✗ Not Covered
- Travel costs, flights, or hotel accommodation for a warranty visit — these are not included under the treatment warranty
- Damage from accident, trauma, or neglect
- Not following the clinic's aftercare instructions
- Breakage from biting/chewing hard or tough foods, or using teeth on non-food objects
- Bruxism (teeth grinding) or bite/occlusion forces not caused by a manufacturing or placement defect
- Natural tooth movement over time (a normal biological process, not a defect)
- Treatment or modification carried out by a dentist or clinic outside MJB Care's partner network — warranty work is fulfilled through the original partner clinic or another MJB Care partner doctor, not an external provider
Most items in this list are offered discounted corrective repair through the treating clinic, rather than free coverage.
A significant overbite or underbite places additional mechanical stress on crowns. Our partner clinics don't generally recommend crown treatment for patients with a significant overbite or underbite; if you choose to proceed against that advice, the increased risk is explained beforehand, and a break in these circumstances is covered under discounted corrective coverage only.

The treating clinic
Sets and honors the actual warranty terms on their clinical work, performs any covered repair or replacement, and is responsible for the treatment outcome itself.
MJB Care
Coordinates directly with the treating clinic on your behalf if an issue arises — arranging assessment, communication, and scheduling. MJB Care does not diagnose, treat, or perform the corrective work itself.
"Free lifetime aftercare," advertised elsewhere on this site, refers to this coordination support — MJB Care staying involved and helping you reach the treating clinic for as long as you need — not a separate, additional warranty on top of the terms above.
Warranty work is carried out in person, by the original partner clinic or another MJB Care partner doctor — there is no remote or local-dentist alternative. If you live far from Istanbul, you would need to return for any covered corrective work; MJB Care coordinates that visit with you.
Lifetime Support, Defined
"Lifetime support" only means something if it's specific. Here's what that actually looks like in practice.
