We will not promise guaranteed medical results.
No treatment has a guaranteed outcome. We'll tell you what's typical and what the risks are, not what you want to hear.
We will disclose relevant provider relationships.
How we're compensated by each partner clinic, provider by provider, is public at /transparency — not hidden in a contract you never see.
We will explain what is and isn't included.

Every treatment recommendation that involves removing healthy tissue, extracting teeth, or general anesthesia is reviewed by MJB Care's ethical committee before we proceed — even when a patient arrives already scheduled for it elsewhere. Here's what that meant in 2026.
52 patients wanted crowns — we recommended orthodontics (braces) instead.
Filing down healthy teeth for crowns when misalignment is the real issue trades a reversible problem for an irreversible one. Our ethical committee declined to proceed with the crowns.
35 patients wanted veneers — we recommended composite bonding instead.
Bonding gives a comparable cosmetic result, costs less, and removes far less of the natural tooth than veneer preparation. Our ethical committee declined the veneer requests.
8 patients had been told by another doctor they needed zygomatic implants and full-mouth extraction — we recommended targeted repairs and a small number of implants instead.
Their CT scans, X-rays, and medical history showed healthy remaining bone and teeth. Extracting a full arch that doesn't need it is irreversible — our findings didn't support the original recommendation, so we didn't proceed with it.
48 patients were scheduled for general anesthesia — we supported them through the same procedure under local anesthesia instead, at no extra cost.
General anesthesia carries real added risk over local, and in these cases it wasn't clinically necessary — it was simply the default for every patient at the original provider. Our coordination team made local anesthesia workable for them instead.
These are internal MJB Care ethical-committee decisions from 2026, not clinical outcome guarantees for future patients — every case is assessed individually, and a different patient's scans and history may support a different recommendation.
2026 Patient Outcomes
Reviews are self-selected — happy patients are more likely to leave one. These figures are our full 2026 denominator instead: every patient, not just the ones who chose to write a review.
