I had been searching for a Dentist for ages,I had been quoted 36k Euro in Ireland, I'd also received lots of quotes but no-one seemed to understand what my issues,fears etc were Firstly I had been told that the issue wasn't all about the teeth,I had periodontitis from been diabetic, and was told in Ireland that even if they did a bone graft it still might not have been successful. Thorough examination on arrival: 3D CBCT cone beam scan, bite analysis, and gum evaluation. Your implant positions and bridge material are confirmed. Any necessary pre-procedure work (extractions, bone grafting) is scheduled.
Performed under local anaesthesia. All implants are placed in a single session. A temporary bridge (acrylic or Flexi provisional) is fitted the same day — you leave the clinic with a full set of teeth. Duration: 3–6 hours depending on complexity.

What is All-on-X?
All-on-X (also called All-on-4, All-on-6, or All-on-8) is a full-arch dental restoration where a complete set of prosthetic teeth is supported by 4, 6, or 8 implants per arch. It replaces an entire upper or lower jaw of missing or failing teeth with a fixed, permanent solution.
How is All-on-X different from dentures?
Traditional dentures are removable and can slip, affect speech, and require adhesives. All-on-X bridges are fixed to implants — they do not move, feel like natural teeth, and do not need to be removed. They are a permanent, lifelong solution.
How many visits to Istanbul do I need?
All-on-X requires two visits. The first (4 days) covers implant surgery and fitting of a temporary bridge — you leave with a functional smile. The second visit (3–6 months later, 7–9 days) is for fitting your permanent bridge once the implants have fully integrated with the bone.
Does it hurt?
The surgery is performed under local anaesthesia with sedation available. You feel pressure but no pain during the procedure. Post-operative discomfort is managed with standard pain relief and subsides within a few days.
What bridge materials do you offer?
Three options: Zirconium All-on-X (~40g, titanium inlay, 5-year warranty), Basic Flexi All-on-X (~12g, titanium inlay, 10-year warranty), and Flexi Natural All-on-X (~7g, PEEK inlay, 20-year warranty). The lighter Flexi options are significantly more comfortable long-term and MJB Care is the only organisation in Turkey currently offering them.
What is the Flexi bridge and why is it better?
Flexi bridges are made from composite or PEEK (polyether ether ketone) — a biocompatible material used in spinal implants. Compared to traditional zirconia, Flexi bridges are 3–5× lighter, more shock-absorbing, and gentler on the implants over time. The Flexi Natural uses a PEEK blank instead of a titanium bar, making it the most comfortable long-term option.
What warranties do you offer?
5 years on Zirconium bridges, 10 years on Basic Flexi, 20 years on Flexi Natural. Implant fixtures carry a lifetime warranty. All warranty work is covered at no additional cost — MJB Care coordinates everything with the clinic on your behalf.
