MJB Care does not diagnose, examine, treat, or perform any medical or dental procedure, and never guarantees a specific medical outcome. Diagnosis, treatment planning, surgery, dental procedures, and medical aftercare are the responsibility of your treating doctor and provider โ not MJB Care.
Prices shared before a consultation are estimates. Your final treatment plan and price are confirmed after clinical assessment by the treating provider.
How Issues Are Handled
If you have a concern before, during, or after your treatment โ about your provider, your care, or your experience with MJB Care itself โ contact us directly on WhatsApp or by email. As your coordination point, we'll help raise it with your provider and follow up on your behalf.
MJB Care doesn't control a provider's medical decisions and can't override a doctor's clinical judgment. What we can do is make sure your concern is actually heard by the provider and that you're not left to chase it up alone.
If something goes seriously wrong, we stand with you, not just alongside you. As an international patient, you may not know your rights or how to pursue them in Turkey โ different language, different legal system, different country. If a provider has genuinely done something wrong, MJB Care acts as your advocate: we help you understand and assert your rights, and if it comes to it, we can help arrange legal representation and support a claim against the provider. You're not left to handle a foreign legal system alone.
